At TEDS Lights and Fans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home's ambiance and comfort. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the order and specific lighting or fan fixtures you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all mounting hardware, bulbs, and instruction manuals.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely affix it to the outside of the box, ensuring all previous shipping barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
